Conference Room Reservations
School's Out Washington has two conference rooms which are available for free to similar organizations. If you would like to schedule a meeting or event in the large or small conference rooms, please use the online Reservation Request form. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email from us. We have to check your request against the conference room's availability, as reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Until you have received this email, you do not have a reservation.
The large conference room seats up to 22 adults comfortably and has a ceiling-mounted projector and access to the Internet. The small conference room seats up to 12 adults and does not have a projector or Internet access.
