Directions to Our Office

We are located at 80123rd Ave S, Suite A, Seattle, WA 98144. Click here for Google Maps.

Our building is located on the southwest corner of the intersection at 23rd and Dearborn. School's Out Washington is on the main floor of the building in Suite A. Use the entrance on 23rd Ave. S. by the bus stop sign.

Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We are closed for the usual holidays.

Directions from I-5: Exit onto I-90 East. Exit onto Rainier Ave. S. (first exit). Turn right onto Rainier Ave. S. Immediately get into the left lane. Turn left onto Massachusetts. Turn left onto 23rd Ave. S. You'll go about six blocks. We are located at the corner of 23rd and Dearborn.  There's a pedestrian light there.

Directions from I-90 Westbound: Take exit 3A onto Rainier Ave. S. Follow directions from Rainier Ave. S. heading south.

Directions from Rainier Avenue S., heading south:  Turn left onto Massachusetts. Follow directions above from there.

Directions from Rainier Avenue S., heading north:  Turn right onto Massachusetts. Follow directions above from there.

Directions via Light Rail and Bus: Take the Light Rail to the Mount Baker Link Light Rail Station. You'll then walk to Mount Baker Transit Center Bay 2. 4 min (0.1 mi)

  1. Walk southeast on Mt Baker Llr Station Opas.
  2. Turn left at Pedestrian Stai.
  3. Walk east on Pedestrian Stai.
  4. Continue on S Stevens St.
  5. Walk northeast on S Stevens St.
  6. Turn left at Rainier Ave S.
  7. Walk northwest on Rainier Ave S.
  8. Turn right at Mt Baker Transfer Area Acrd.
  9. Walk northeast on Mt Baker Transfer Area Acrd

From the Mount Baker Transit Center Bay 2, take the 48 bus six stops to 23rd and Dearborn. Our office is kitty-corner to the bus stop.

A note about parking and finding the front door: We now have additional off-street parking available in the fenced church lot on the north side of our cul-de-sac.  There is also street parking, which is found by turning east on Dearborn.  The bus stop sign on the west side of 23rd Avenue is directly in front of our front door and you'll see our name on the buidling windows and also on our door in the lobby.  You'll find our doorbell to the left of the office door.
