Structural Racism and Cultural Competency in Spokane Area

School's Out Washington developed this important training for the staff of expanded learning programs. Together, participants gain a deeper understanding of what structural racism is, how it impacts communities, and how we can create inclusive, welcoming environments for young people and our staff.

These courses are free and we offer them multiple times a year.
