Join The Sparkwind Movement

The Sparkwind Movement is a campaign powered by School's Out Washington aimed at providing equal opportunity for youth across Washington state to build lifelong skills, improve academic performance and discover individual passions through Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOs).

Over the past several years, School’s Out Washington and the Raikes Foundation have worked with a variety of youth-serving organizations and public sector partners to put the field of afterschool, youth development, and summer learning on the map. These Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOs) broaden the definition of learning beyond the school day and year.

Now, we need your help to build a statewide system that promotes our common vision for quality. With your support and collaboration, we can fuel the movement to ensure that all young people have equitable access to high-quality Expanded Learning Opportunities.

Join us in the journey to broaden the definition of learning beyond the school day and ensure that all young people have equitable access to quality Expanded Learning Opportunities!
