Fundamentals of Supervision (Seattle, June 13)
Interested in pursuing a promotion but a little hesitant that a step up means taking on supervisory responsibilities? Being a supervisor means looking at your familiar surroundings in a new light. This class will help you gain a new perspective and begin to gather leadership and management tools for your expanding toolbox.
Participants will be able to:
- Articulate the skills, roles, and responsibilities of supervisors.
- Identify supervisor strengths and weaknesses.
- Determine if supervision is a goal for you!
- Gain tools and tips which may be immediately implemented, including coaching and an introduction to leadership essentials.
