Join us for a Management Series workshop addressing common concerns of supervisors in the expanded learning field. Learn new strategies to address common management challenges in a seminar style environment customized specifically for program supervisors.
Non-profit jobs, and especially child/youth work, can create a revolving door of front line staff. Staff development is critical to staff retention at all levels of an organization. In Session Two, Staff Retention, learn how to create a culture of formal and informal staff development , staff recognition and evaluation to create and maintain quality staff. The session will include managing transitions and how all of these elements affect the staff and the management work experience.
