Learn to work more effectively in an intergenerational workplace. Every generation has its own perspectives and unique values. In today’s workforce, there are four generations–soon to be five–actively working together and at times struggling to understand one another’s point of view.  

Objectives

  • Learn what drives each generation.
  • Understand how each generation arrives at its conclusions.
  • Discover greater mutual respect.
  • Communicate better.
